this has to do with the post-install which runs and symlinks the file from /usr/share/kernel-hooks/secureboot.hook to /etc/kernel-hooks.d/50-secureboot.hook

todo:
create an issue on the alpine aports repo for a configurable line
or
create a different secureboot-hook package
